How Does DoJiggy Payments Work?
DoJiggy clients can sign up right from your administration area. Goto Tools -> Payment Settings and check the ‘DoJiggy Payments by WePay’ box. A pop-up will appear where you can enter your organization’s name and primary email for the account. That’s it! Your account is created.
When you receive your first donation or other payment on your fundraising website, you will receive an email from our payment partner, WePay, with instructions on how to verify your business and connect your bank account. Of course, this is part of the configuration process and need only be done once. Once your organization is verified and your bank account is connected – you’re done! Payments will appear in your bank account in just a few business days.
DoJiggy Payments Limitations
This is not a full merchant account and payment processing with DoJiggy Payments can only be used in conjunction with your DoJiggy websites. For our non-profit clients that need more flexible payment processing options (including Virtual terminal and mobile processing), we still offer DoJiggy Merchant Services for non-profits.
